 1.50 oz Gin
 ¾ oz Simple Syrup
 ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
 Summerhill Cipes Rosé Brut

Take a thinly sliced or peeled strip of cucumber to garnish your champagne flute. Using a spoon, twist it along the inside of the flute.

Shake gin, simple syrup and lemon juice over ice in a shaker, and strain into your prepared flute.

Top with Cipes Rosé Brut (roughly two to three ounces)
