A pear-inspired cocktail using Poire Williams EDV and our Gin.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker, garnish with a slice of pear.
To make simple syrup, bring equal parts water, sugar and a handful of fresh basil to a boil, remove off heat immediately and refrigerate in an air tight container.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a thin slice of pear.
