Pluto
Recipe & Photo from @the.secondshot

Myself and a group of other spirits and cocktail enthusiasts on here have put together a little solar system themed project. Thanks to @cnh.photo for the idea, he suggested we all make a tiki style drink to go along with the Saturn Cocktail. And since it's national space day, it seemed like a fitting day for everyone to post! You can see everyone's work at #solarsystemhappyhour .
For mine, I chose Pluto. That dwarf planet that flip flops between being a planet and not. It's mostly made of ice so I wanted to give it a cold chilling look. Even though the planet is actually white mostly, the felt the turquoise blue gave a better cold vibe. 🤷♂️. I did also use a little icing sugar on the side, not only for the frosty look, but it does give you the option of having a sweeter drink since I only put a tiny amount of grenadine in here as the initial sweetener.
I was super close to going with a rum for this but then last minute swapped for a gin and I'm pretty happy I did. We had one kiwi left in the house and it made its way into here as well, adding a grassy green note to it. Of course I used my new bottle of blue Curacao as well, how could I not?!
