Okanagan Pear Sour
A twist on a Gin sour using Poire Williams (pear brandy) and fall spices.
Take a slice of pear and muddle it in the bottom of a martini glass.
Sprinkle two dashes of cinnamon on top of the muddled pear.
Take all liquid ingredients and add to an ice-filled shaker, shake and strain into the martini glass.
Stir glass and serve.
Optional garnish, sliced pear half dipped in cinnamon powder using lemon juice to bind.
