A refreshing Whisky cocktail using mint.

Ingredients
 2.50 oz Okanagan Spirits Whisky
 0.50 oz Simple Syrup*
 5 Mint leaves
 Crushed Ice

Muddle the mint in a julep cup or tall glass.

Add the simple syrup and whisky.

Fill with crushed ice and stir well.

When the cup is frosted it is ready to drink!

* To make simple syrup, add equal parts sugar and water to a pot. Bring to a boil and remove immediately. Allow to cool then refrigerate.
