 1 ½ oz Family Reserve Gin
 1 oz Lemoncello
 ½ oz Lemon Juice (ALWAYS fresh)
 ¼ oz Ginger Syrup
 1 Egg White
 Garnish: Half a Dehydrated Lemon

Dry shake then add ice and shake again. Double strain, garnish and Enjoy!
