 1 oz Spiced Syrup (recipe below)
 1 Cinnamon Stick
 Lemon wheel

Whether you are dealing with the cold or dealing with a cold, this drink is sure to warm you up and leave you feeling ready to tackle another run down your favourite hill.
This signature drink is made with a 100% BC-grown pear brandy that has been double distilled. So stoke up a fire, put your devices away, and gather round with a hot drink and welcome conversation.

Glass: Mug or Special Coffee Glass
Garnish: Dried or Fresh Lemon Wheel
Method: Add all the ingredients into your mug, grate the cinnamon stick on top and drop the stick into your drink. Finish with a dried or fresh lemon wheel.

Spiced Syrup Recipe
1 cup sugar
4 whole black peppercorns
2 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick �1 star anise �1 strip (2 1/2 inches) orange zest

Method: Add all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil and then lower heat to a simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool and strain.
Or if you don't have time to make your own, pick up Okanagan Spirits Winter Spice Syrup or Ginger Syrup.
