Kasugai Sour

A drink in honour of Kelowna's Sister City, and the beautiful Kasugai Gardens downtown.

 1 oz Okanagan Spirits Gin
 1 oz Okanagan Spirits Canados Aged Apple Brandy
 ¾ oz Okanagan Spirits Haskap Liqueur
 ¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  oz Simple Syrup
 1 dash Bittered Sling Lem Marrakech Bitters
 1 tbsp Egg Whites

Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.


Strain and shake again without ice


Strain into a chilled tumbler


*To make simple syrup, bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, remove from heat immediately and cool
