Kasugai Sour
A drink in honour of Kelowna’s Sister City, and the beautiful Kasugai Gardens downtown.
¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
⅛ oz Simple Syrup
1 tbsp Egg Whites

Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Strain and shake again without ice

Strain into a chilled tumbler

*To make simple syrup, bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, remove from heat immediately and cool
