Elevated Peach
Photo & Recipe from @the.secondshot

My personal go to style of Cocktail is always a stirred down and strong one, though sometimes it is nice to add a little fruit to mix. Not enough to hide any spirit flavour, but just enough to add that subtle fruit in the background.
Here is basically a Martini using Barrel Aged Gin, but I muddled in a peach as well to give that fruit note. Depending on how soft your peach is, you would need to adjust how much you muddle into it. A Local Bartender had sent me his own homemade bitters recently that have a solid orange peel and spice vibe coming through, so I added a little of this and some Saline to bring the drink together more.
In the end, the drink is as expected, Gin forward with the peach, vermouth and bitters working together in the background.
