An orchard inspired cocktail featuring a blend of our pear, plum and apple brandy. Designed by Harry Dosanj.

Ingredients
 1 oz Okanagan Spirits Canados Apple Brandy
 0.50 oz Okanagan Spirits Poire Williams Pear Brandy
 0.50 oz Okanagan Spirits Plum Brandy
 2 dashes Grapefruit and Hops Bitters
 2 dashes Moondog Bitters

Add all ingredients to an ice-filled glass and stir for 15 sec.

Strain into an ice-filled brandy snifter.

Garnish with a slice of Asian Pear and orange peel.
