A twist on a classic Caesar using Simp’s Serious Caesar Mix, Mott’s Clamato and our award-winning Aquavitus (Akvavit).
Ingredients
3 oz Simp’s Serious Caesar Mix
3 oz Mott's Clamato
¼ oz Lemon or Lime Juice
3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
2 dashes Tabasco
Rimmer Spice Mix
1 tsp Celery Salt
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 tsp Chili Powder
Garnish
1 Lemon or Lime Wedge
1 Dill Sprig
1 Dill Pickle

Run lemon/lime around glass edge
Pour Rimmer Spice mix into a small plate
Rub glass edge in Rimmer Spices

Fill glass with ice, add Aquavit
Stir in remaining ingredients

Garnish with lemon or lime, dill and a pickle
