½ oz Sour Mix

Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker.

Strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with a mint leaf.

*To make Sour Mix:
Equal parts fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. (To make simple syrup: bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, stir remove from heat then chill)
