North Okanagan grown Rye, fermented, distilled and barrel-aged to perfection before being transferred to a second finishing cask to layer in even more Canadiana!  Not just any finishing casks... these casks previously held our barrel-aged Canadian maple syrup, before being emptied and re-toasted to "Brûlée" any residual syrup still clinging to the cask walls! The result...layer-upon-layer of malted grain, toasted oak, jammy plum and summer spice complemented by a long and luxurious finish ending in subtle ripples of caramelized maple.
