Description

This latest release in our BC Hopped Whisky line-up combines the heritage of Okanagan AppleJack Whisky with a citra IPA beer expression. After double distillation of our in-house beer wash blended with a splash of apple from our local orchards, we then age this new-world innovative whisky for 5 years in our custom white oak barrels.
The result is applesolutely delicious!
