Marc, originated in Italy as a means to use the leftover product of wine. The pomace (skins, pulp, seeds, and stems) of grapes are run through our traditional copper-pot still before being cut with locally sourced B.C. Spring water.
All of Marc is producted at 40% alc/vol
The result – a bold, dry Marc enjoyed commonly as a digestif or traditionally in a Caffè Corretto
