Whisky Sour

Ingredients

  • Okanagan Spirits Hopped Rye or BRBN Whisky 2 fl oz
  • Fresh Lemon Juice 1 fl oz
  • Simple Syrup 0.75 fl oz
  • 3 drop Bittered Sling Arabica Coffee Bitters 3 drop
  • 1/2 an Egg white 0.5

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients, except for the bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and aggressively shake for 30 sec.
  2. Strain into a tumbler, add the dashes of bitters to the top of the egg white foam and garnish with a skewer of Okanagan Spirits Drunken Cherries
  3. *To make simple syrup, bring equal parts sugar to water to a boil and remove off heat immediately. Refrigerate once cooled.
