Ingredients
- Okanagan Spirits Essential Gin 2 fl oz
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice 0.75 fl oz
- Ginger Simple syrup* 0.5 fl oz
- Dry Curaçao 0.25 fl oz
- 3 drop Scarborough Bitters 3 drop
Instructions
- Stir together all the ingredients and then gently strain into glass with mixture below At the bottom: Fresh pomegranate and freshly squeezed pomegranate juice. Garnish: torched rosemary and dehydrated blood orange wheel.
