Ingredients

  • Okanagan Spirits Aquavitus 1.5 fl oz
  • Okanagan Spirits Poire William 0.5 fl oz
  • White Vermouth 0.75 fl oz
  • Rose Simple Syrup* 0.25 fl oz
  • 2 dash Bittered Sling Lem Marrakech 2 dash

Rose Simple Syrup*

  • Rose Petals 4
  • Simple Syrup (Sugar Water) 0.25 fl oz

Instructions

  1. Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and serve neat.
  2. To make the rose simple syrup - macerate rose petals with hot simple syrup (sugar water) for three hours.
