Ingredients

  • Okanagan Spirits Gin 1.5 fl oz
  • Simple Syrup 0.75 fl oz
  • Fresh Lemon Juice 0.5 fl oz
  • Summerhill Cipes Rosé Brut Top With

Instructions

  1. Take a thinly sliced or peeled strip of cucumber to garnish your champagne flute. Using a spoon, twist it along the inside of the flute.
  2. Shake gin, simple syrup and lemon juice over ice in a shaker, and strain into your prepared flute.
  3. Top with Cipes Rosé Brut (roughly two to three ounces)
