  • Laird of Fintry Single Malt 60 ml
  • Rosso Vermouth 20 ml
  • 3 drop Spruce Tip bitters 3 drop
  • 3 drop Orange Bitters 3 drop

  1. A week or so ago I saw @bcspirits whip up a Rob Roy and it made me realize I hadn’t made one in quite a while. So here it is, me playing around using Okanagan Spirits Laird of Fintry Single Malt that’s just released! Rob Roy is basically a Manhattan using a Single Malt. Here I swapped out the Ango Bitters with Some Spruce tip and Orange bitters. I normally would have gone with some darker flavours for bitters but for this one I was in a lighter mood. Enjoy!
