Ingredients
- Okanagan Spirits Revolve Gin 2 fl oz
- Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed) .5 fl oz
- Thyme Honey Simple syrup (homemade) .75 fl oz
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters 1 dash
- 6 drop Miraculous Foamer or 1 tablespoon of egg white 6 drop
Instructions
- Muddle fresh thyme in the shaker. Add all ingredients and ice into shaker. Shake well. Strain into pretty glass.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and dehydrated lemon. Enjoy!
