Ingredients
- Okanagan Spirits Gin 1 fl oz
- Okanagan Spirits Poire William EDV 1 fl oz
- Basil Simple Syrup 0.5 fl oz
- Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice 0.25 fl oz
- Pureed Pear 1 fl oz
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker, garnish with a slice of pear.
- To make simple syrup, bring equal parts water, sugar and a handful of fresh basil to a boil, remove off heat immediately and refrigerate in an air tight container.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a thin slice of pear.
