Ingredients

  • Bradshaw Plum Brandy 45 ml
  • Lime Juice 25 ml
  • Blackcurrant Liqueur 15 ml
  • Simple syrup 15 ml
  • 1 Barspoon Taboo Absinthe 1
  • Egg white .5 fl oz
  • Topped with sparkling water Top With

Instructions

  1. I'm bringing out the Fizz today. A Plum Fizz to be exact. Using plum brandy as the base and a little Saskatoon Liqueur to give it a more fruity body, touch of absinthe because, well, why wouldn't I?? Absinthe is severely under-used in my opinion. Some Lime, Egg White and topped with soda, you got yourself a real dandy of cocktail. Only thing I think I'd add now is a bit of Mia Amata, but without it's an easy drink too.
