Pear Berry Fizz

Ingredients

• Pear Brandy 35 ml
• Raspberry Liqueur 15 ml
• Amaro 15 ml
• Lime Juice 20 ml
• Simple Syrup 10 ml
• Egg white 10 ml
• Top with Soda Top With

Instructions

1. With the incredible weather outside, I was feeling in very good spirits this weekend. 20°+, snow capped mountains, and cherry blossoms blooming all over, how could you not be in an amazing mood with a weekend like that!? I wanted to put together a drink with a nice fresh summer vibe. I used a pear brandy for the base as its a very fresh and light spirit, added some Amaro for some floral, bitter notes, and raspberry liqueur for some acidity but it's also just a delicious liqueur. In the end it turned out to be exactly what I was aiming for, a nice fresh summer drink, though I do think a floral bitter would be a nice addition here as well. @the.secondshot
2. Pour all ingredients (except the Soda) into an ice-filled shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into pretty glass and top with soda Enjoy
