- BRBN bourbon style whisky 45 ml
- Amaro Classico 20 ml
- Pineapple Juice 45 ml
- Lime Juice 15 ml
- Simple syrup 15 ml
Instructions
- There's a new Amaro is Town! OKS made a spicy new Amaro that works insanely well in a bourbon version of a Jungle Bird. I'm always excited by new Amari so when I found out they had made one, I was absolutely stoked. This one is quite spice forward so I found it to work really nicely inside this jungle riff. The Bourbon-style whisky gives a solid base while letting the fruit and spice play well together on top.
