- Aquavit 45 ml
- Fino Sherry 20 ml
- A smoky peated whisky 15 ml
- Triple Sec 8 ml
Instructions
- The North Sea Oil is a drink I really enjoy but don't have enough. It’s not one that most people enjoy, in fact when I suggest it or let friends try mine, they usually hate it, but I love the smokey, citrusy, Caraway notes that come with it. I just don’t have enough Peated Whisky to make this more often at the moment. Here I’ve swapped out the Vermouth for some Fino Sherry, bringing in a little nuttiness to the drink. -Reposted from @the.secondshot
