Missing in Action

Ingredients

• Okanagan Spirits BRBN 1.5 fl oz
• Amaro .75 fl oz
• Fresh lemon juice .75 fl oz
• Homemade grenadine .5 fl oz
• Fresh blood orange juice .5 fl oz

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake until cold, about 30 to 60 seconds
3. Strain into a coupe
4. Garnish with a painstakingly crafted lemon rose. This paper plane riff was originally concocted by my friend (@the.secondshot) and hoowee did I ever almost go missing in action after I tried it. I made like 4 more in the name of experimentation where I modified some ingredients (without touching the alcohol base) because I just loved it that much. Recipe and photo from @homebarbrainiac
