Mint Julep

Ingredients

  • Okanagan Spirits BRBN 2.5 fl oz
  • Simple Syrup* .5 fl oz
  • 5 Mint leaves 5
  • Crushed Ice Cup Full

Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint in a julep cup or tall glass.
  2. Add the simple syrup and whisky.
  3. Fill with crushed ice and stir well.
  4. When the cup is frosted it is ready to drink!
  5. * To make simple syrup, add equal parts sugar and water to a pot. Bring to a boil and remove immediately. Allow to cool then refrigerate.
