Ingredients

  • BRBN Bourbon-style whisky 45 ml
  • Rosso Vermouth .5 fl oz
  • Nocino .5 fl oz
  • 3 dash Aromatic-ish Bitters 3 dash
  • 1 orange peel for garnish Garnish

Instructions

  1. I saw this one quite a while ago from @katsears. She calls it the Van Island Mad Hatter. I used a different whisky and also a different Nocino, but the idea is still there I’d like to think. It’s good! Very dark in flavour with the bitters giving a good spice kick that lingers afterwards.
