A cocktail complex in flavour with the use of Aquavit and Gin.

Ingredients
- Okanagan Spirits Gin 1.5 fl oz
- Okanagan Spirits Aquavitus 0.75 fl oz
- Pineapple Juice 0.75 fl oz
- Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice 0.5 fl oz
- 4 Blackberries 4
- 1 Mint Sprig 1
Instructions
- Briefly muddle the blackberries in a cocktail shaker and then add the rest of the ingredients before dry shaking.
- Pour unstrained into a chilled glass with plenty of ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
