Cranberry & Apple Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• Family Reserve Gin 25 ml
• Cranberry Liqueur 35 ml
• Apple Syrup 12.5 ml
• Lemon Juice 25 ml
• 1 Egg White 1
• Topped with Soda Water Top With
• Cinnamon Garnish

Instructions

1. I mixed up a few different Gin Fizzes this weekend. Some worked, and some really did not.. but this one really did. I have made up an Apple syrup that had some anise, cinnamon and other spices in it, and wanted to use it in a Gin Fizz somehow. I started digging through some liqueurs and settled on a Cranberry Liqueur because I felt it would most work with the apple. from @the.secondshot
2. Pour all ingredients (except for the soda water and cinnamon) into a shaker filled with ice, and shake. Strain into a pretty glass and top with soda water Sprinkle with cinnamon for a garnish
