Cran-Rosemary Sparkler

Ingredients

  • Okanagan Spirits Cranberry Liqueur 0.5 fl oz
  • Rosemary Honey Syrup 0.25 fl oz
  • Fresh Orange Juice 0.25 fl oz
  • Sparkling Wine Top With
  • Orange peel or Cinnamon Stick for garnish Garnish

Instructions

  1. In an ice-filled shaker, combine liqueur, syrup* and orange juice. Shake for ten seconds, then strain into chilled champagne flute.
  2. *To make spiced honey syrup: Combine equal parts honey and water in a saucepan. Add fresh rosemary, lemon juice, and a cinnamon stick. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Then strain into an airtight container and store in the fridge.
  3. Top champagne flute with Sparkling Wine.
  4. Garnish with an orange peel twist, or for a festive twist use a cinnamon stick.
