- Revolve Gin 45 ml
- Limoncello 15 ml
- Maraschino 10 ml
- Lavender Liqueur 5 ml
- Lemon Zest Garnish
Instructions
- A stirred down version of a classically shaken drink, the Aviation. This went a little further into Martini territory with Aviation influence. Swapping out the Lemon for a little bit of Limoncello and a very necessary Lemon zesting. I don’t have Creme do Violette to give the accentuated floral notes, so I added a small amount of Lavender Liqueur instead.
