Barbie Martini

Ingredients

• Okanagan Spirits Gin 0.5 fl oz
• Okanagan Spirits Rhubarb Liqueur 0.5 fl oz
• Calamansi Lime Sour Mix 0.5 fl oz
• 2 drop Bittered Sling Lem-Merrakech Bitters 2 drop

Instructions

1. Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker.
2. Strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with a mint leaf.
3. *To make Sour Mix: Equal parts fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. (To make simple syrup: bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, stir remove from heat then chill)
