Baker Street Swizzle

Ingredients

  • Taboo Absinthe 1.5 fl oz
  • Fresh Lime Juice .5 fl oz
  • Falernum syrup .75 fl oz
  • 6 - 8 Leaves of Fresh Mint 6 - 8
  • 2 dash Aromatic Bitters 2 dash

Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint and falernum in the bottom of a short collins glass. Add the absinthe and lime and fill half way with crushed ice, and stir with a bar spoon. Fill the glass the rest of the way with crushed ice, and layer on ample aromatic bitters to the top. Garnish with mint and lime.
