Apple of My Eye

Ingredients

• Canados 45 ml
• Cointreau 15 ml
• Amaretto 15 ml
• Lemon juice 30 ml
• Simple Syrup 10 ml
• 4 drop Rosta Bitters 4 drop
• Egg White 1

Instructions

1. I went back and played with some more classics this week which ended up inspiring this one. I was flipping through classic cocktails and then came across the White Lady. It's not my favourite cocktail by any means but that's what made me want to play around and do a riff on it. For this I used Canados instead of Gin, added a bit of Amaretto and then Rosta Bitters made and given to me from a local bartender. It has a lot more to it than the classic but it's definitely a drink I'd order more. Congrats @petitie.lui for naming this cocktail
