Ingredients

  • Packinghouse Amber Whisky 1 fl oz
  • Canados 1 fl oz
  • Fresh Pressed Apple Juice 4 fl oz
  • 4 drop Forgotten Trails Bitters from @apothecarybitters 4 drop
  • Spruce Simple Syrup 1:1 ratio sugar and water simmered with fresh spruce tips for about 10 minutes 0.5 fl oz

Instructions

  1. Heat together the apple juice and spruce simple syrup until just before boiling, pour into your glass over the whisky and bitters. Stir everything until combined and garnish with a dehydrated apple wheel and a sprig of spruce!
