Quality runs deep in our craft distillery, and our commitment to the environment does too.
For 5 generations, our family has lived in the beautiful Okanagan Valley and green initiatives are in our DNA. That’s why we take the extra time to process our fronts and tails (waste products from distillation process) into fuel for our vehicles, making every sip and every kilometer count.
Does it make financial sense? No, it probably costs much more than gasoline per liter if you factor in the extra labour costs but that’s not why we do it!
Sustainability is in our spirit!
